Willem Hinternhoff (he/him) is a New York based freelance lighting designer. His experience encompasses roles as an assistant, associate, and sole lighting designer. His dedication and creativity shine through in every design he brings to the stage.

Willem Hinternhoff has partnered with many respected creative organizations. Some notable organizations include: Norwegian Cruise Lines, Utah Festival Opera & Musical Theater, Columbia University, Dartboard Productions, and The Juilliard School. Willem Hinternhoff has worked on many successful shows including but not limited to Treasure Island, Love & Information, Erismena, Botticelli in the Fire, and Threepenny Opera.

Outside of his passion for lighting design, Willem Hinternhoff finds joy in exploring the new music, capturing moments through photography, and immersing himself in the pages of a good book.
